Director of Family MinistrY-Full Time

Principle Ministry Focus: The Director of Family Ministry will recruit, organize, develop and coach ministry teams and partner with parents and volunteers, to reach and equip children and youth to become deeply committed followers of Jesus Christ. This role will also lead and facilitate young adult ministry for the church and partner with other staff to identify and develop outreach opportunities for engaging children, students and their families in active service and mission.

Education & Experience: 

•        Bachelor’s degree preferred 

•        High School diploma required 

•        Experience in a family ministry and/or student ministry role is highly desirable

•        Staff supervisory experience preferred

•        Ability to recruit, organize, develop, coach, and lead teams of people

Compensation:

•        $45,000, Salary; 5% contribution to a pension plan; $8,000 stipend toward insurance of your choosing; stipend toward cell phone
