Please use this form to register your chil(dren) for Parents’ Night Out at Sun Prairie United Methodist Church on Friday, June 17 from 6-9pm!

Join us for a fun night filled with games, a craft, and a movie for children entering grades 5 and under! Families can drop off and pick up at any time. More information about COVID procedures and drop off and pick up will be emailed out to families closer to the date.

This event is open to the public but children must register in advance.
