Creative Ministries covers all of the parts of worship that need an extra creative touch. Matt Starika-Jolivet is the Director of Creative Ministries, overseeing all of our music ensembles, the technology used in our worship services, and major special events (concerts, plays, special guests, etc).

Working in the CAVE
If you are interested in technology and can understand its importance in the quality of worship, perhaps you’d like to work in the CAVE (Christian Audio Visual Experience). The CAVE is also known as the sound booth and is located at the back of the sanctuary. It also kind of looks like a cave, which is where the name came from initially. I’m excited to train everyone who is excited about this aspect of ministry, so if you’re:
- Interested in learning about the soundboard, light board or computer software to project lyrics to the screen,
- Think you can help with at least one service a month, and
- Are at least 12 years old
